A new space for creators to flourish and further pursue their ideas is up and running at the Millennium Library. The ideaMILL opened Tuesday on the newly-renovated third floor of the downtown library. It offers access to maker tools and technology to encourage people to create, experiment and collaborate in a self-directed environment.

The ideaMILL includes:
· A media studio with PCs equipped with graphics and design tools
· Two bookable sound booths for personal recording (one is fully accessible)
· VHS and audio digital conversion
· Photography and videography equipment including a green screen
· 3D printers for makers of all ages
· A craft room with sewing machines and space for creative arts.

The ideaMILL is accessible to anyone during the library’s regular operating hours.”
